Our close-knit team are thorough and diligent when referencing new tenants, ensuring we cover all basis on our client’s behalf as well as maintaining their properties to the highest standards.

– Organise and conduct viewings
– Upon acceptance of an offer, tenants are fully referenced via www.fccparagon.com
– Right to rent & AML checks
– Legislation advise & compliance
– Contract preparation

– Ensure tenants set up standing order for rental payments

– Book inventory/check
– Organise professional cleaning
– Notify utility providers of new tenancy
– Client account manager
– Routine property inspections

Letting & Management fee

12% + VAT

Additional fees

Tenancy agreement: £75.00 + VAT
Tenant referencing: £75.00 + VAT per tenant
Gas safety, EPC & EICR – Available upon request
Quarterly non-resident tax submissions – £100.00 + VAT
Professional cleaning: Available upon request
